Prior to the game\, TSP will conduct a pre-game ceremony that will honor (5) fallen Maine heroes\, inviting their Gold Star families out onto the field for a special presentation. This ceremony will begin at 12:20pm\, so please plan your arrival accordingly. Family and friends are welcome to attend. \nIn direct support of The Summit Project\, the Portland Rotary Club will be helping us honor our fallen heroes by dedicating 50 American flags in tribute to their sacrifices made. This grueling 10.8-mile hike to the summit of Katahdin will take place on Saturday leaving from and returning to Roaring Brook Campground.  Each hiker will carry a tribute stone that honors a fallen Service Member of Maine. \nThe ascent to Baxter Peak will utilize Chimney Pond\, Dudley\, and Knife Edge. The descent will follow Saddle and Chimney Pond back to basecamp.
