DESCRIPTION:Event Type: Public\n  \nClimb to Remember Patriot Day 14/4000′ is an event designed to memorialize those both injured and killed in the 9/11 attacks in New York\, The Pentagon\, and in the heroic sacrifices by those on United Airlines flight 93. Similarly to Flags on the 48\, a program based in New Hampshire\, Climb to Remember – 14/4000′ aims to raise our American flag on ALL the summits of the Maine 14 mountains over 4000 feet in remembrance of 9/11. Together with our climbing brethren in New Hampshire this would raise 62 American Flags over ME/NH 4000+’ peaks!!! \nPlease sign up HERE and Climb to Remember will publish climbing groups as they get filled.\nAgain\, the goal is to have ALL of the 14 4000′ MTNs summited by a climbing group and our Nation’s flag flown at the summit!
