“A Journey To Remember” is a short docufilm created by The Summit Project that illustrates the personal experiences of (3) Gold Star family members as they navigate through the challenges of both grieving and remembrance following the unexpected loss of their loved ones. In addition, each story is accompanied by the extraordinary way that their communities rally around these families in resounding support.

On Sunday, July 27th, 2025, The Summit Project will be presenting their short docufilm “A Journey to Remember” at the Space Gallery as part of the Maine Outdoor Film Festival. Doors will open at 1:40p. Seven short films will be shown consecutively starting at 2p. Tickets can be pre-ordered for $15 by clicking the registration link above, or purchased at the door on the day of the event for $18.
