Veteran Registration – Veterans can register in person at the Down East Family YMCA to participate for free.

Description:
This year, TSP will be collaborating once again with the Down East Family YMCA for their 10th Annual Veterans Remembrance 4-Miler in Ellsworth, ME. This 2-day event has options of participating in either one or both days, offering a unique experience for everyone in tribute of all who previously served in our nation’s Armed Forces.

Day 1: Group hike to the summit of Flying Mountain in Southwest Harbor, ME
Come join us as we hike Flying Mountain in Southwest Harbor.  This is a chance to remember the lives and legacies of those who sacrificed their all for the freedoms we enjoy here today. Hikers participating in the events of Day 1 will be assigned tribute stones of our fallen heroes to carry and will be responsible for completing the LEARN, LAUNCH, LETTER of the organization.

Day 2: Veterans’ Remembrance 4-Miler in Ellsworth, ME
This is a race to honor Veterans, both past and present. You can walk, run, carry a flag, wear a weighted vest, or honor these men and women in your own very special way. Enter free of charge if you have served or currently serve in our Nation’s Armed Forces.
