We at CompetitorME and Run for Cash take the health and well being of our participants, volunteers, spectators, and staff very seriously.  With the current fears surrounding COVID-19, we are working with local officials and medical professionals to best understand the impact of our events.

The Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) published Interim Guidance for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) on March 15, states: ” recommends that for the next 8 weeks, organizers (whether groups or individuals) cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more throughout the United States.”  At this time, we are adhering to Federal, State, and Local mandates which has extended this postponement into May at the earliest.  Additionally, we must balance what is socially responsible with gathering for this event in 2020.

It is with regret, that we are cancelling the Run for Cash event originally scheduled for Saturday,June 27, 2020.  This event has now moved to a Virtual Event.  In an athlete-first policy, we are offering to all registered runners, at no additional cost, the ability to transfer to the Virtual Participant Option.  You will still receive the same event goodies in the mail!
