Description:
“A Journey To Remember” is a short docufilm created by The Summit Project that illustrates the personal experiences of (3) Gold Star family members as they navigate through the challenges of both grieving and remembrance following the unexpected loss of their loved ones. In addition, each story is accompanied by the extraordinary way that their communities rally around these families in resounding support.

On Saturday, September 6th, 2025, the film will be presented as part of the Maine Outdoor Film Festival Selects Tour. Films start at 7:30pm but arrive earlier to secure a spot!  The film was chosen along with 4 other finalists to be shown at this special outdoor event.  No tickets needed, with a suggested donation $10 to $15 – proceeds going to Falmouth Land Trust.
