Ruck for the Fallen 2024

In 2024, the Ruck for the Fallen (formerly known as the Husky Ruck Memorial 10k) will unite members of our community to honor our fallen Service Members in a 10k obstacle course race hosted at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, ME. We do this in tribute of those men and women from our local community whose lives were lost while serving in our nation’s Armed Forces and who fought to defend the freedoms of America that we enjoy each and every day.

During this race, participants will strap packs to their backs and ruck through the beautiful (yet challenging) trails of Pineland Farms before undertaking “The Crucible,” a series of 20+ obstacles that will test your strength, will, and endurance before crossing the finish line and earning your place amongst the elite.

Challenge. Serve. Inspire. These are the three pillars of R4TF that we encourage each member of our community to emulate. Together, we will carry forth the selfless service and extraordinary character that was exemplified by each of our fallen heroes. By doing so, we will remember them and continue to live a life worthy of their sacrifice.
