Each year, Tripp honors our veterans through an assembly that brings together community members, including veterans who are family members of our students, and members of the local VFW. During the program, the VFW leader delivers remarks, select students read poems, and our band and chorus perform. The guest speaker is a highlight of this event.
The Summit Project has been invited to speak during this special event to share the unique way in which the organization honors Maine’s post 9-11 fallen servicemembers and supports their families.
