Description:
“A Journey To Remember” is a short docufilm created by The Summit Project that illustrates the personal experiences of (3) Gold Star family members as they navigate through the challenges of both grieving and remembrance following the unexpected loss of their loved ones. In addition, each story is accompanied by the extraordinary way that their communities rally around these families in resounding support.

On Saturday, September 13th, 2025, the film will be presented as part of the Maine Outdoor Film Festival Selects Tour. Films start at 7:00pm but doors open at 6:30pm!  The film was chosen along with 5 other finalists to be shown at this event.
